Guangdong provincial Zhongshan library is one of the large comprehensive public libraries in china. In order to protect readers' Cultural Reading Rights and popularize knowledge, in 2003, the provincial government agreed to the Zhongshan library expansion project. Yesterday, the Zhongshan library held a grand renovation and expansion, the completion of the first phase of the project and opening ceremony. Provincial Standing Committee, publicity minister Lin Xiong attended the ceremony and announced the completion of the project opening, vice governor Lei Yulan attended and spoke.
